1. About these rules
These Privacy Rules explain how Golden Card LLC (operating Golden Gates Card) handles information submitted through its online application form and information generated when you use this website. They apply to a preliminary application submitted through this site. This initial request does not itself constitute a final credit application, credit decision, or offer of specific card terms.
Selecting Apply starts a submission request. Your application is considered received only after the application service confirms it. If you see an error instead of a confirmation, receipt has not been confirmed and you should not assume that an application is under review.
2. Information we request
The application form requests your first and last name, email address, phone number, and current residential address, including street address, apartment or suite if applicable, city, state, and ZIP code. We use these details to contact you and conduct an initial manual review of your request. Please provide accurate and current information.
The form does not ask for a Social Security number, existing card number, bank account number, or payment credentials. Do not enter those details into any field on this page. Your browser or device may offer to autofill fields; those features are controlled by your browser or device settings.
3. How information may be used
When an application is successfully received, the information you provide may be processed for preliminary manual review, communication about your request, prevention and investigation of fraud or misuse, operation and security of the application service, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable obligations. Providing information does not guarantee approval or any particular credit terms.
We may use your contact information to request additional information, answer questions about the application, or communicate its status. If a separate identity or credit check is required, the relevant notice and authorization must be provided before that check occurs.
4. Your consent and choice
Submitting an application is voluntary. By checking the consent box and selecting Apply, you agree that the information you provide may be stored and used for preliminary manual review and to contact you about your request under these Privacy Rules. This submission is not a final credit approval.
You may choose not to submit the form. If the application service cannot confirm receipt, the website displays an error rather than a success message. Do not submit the same application repeatedly unless you have confirmed the status of the earlier attempt.
5. Storage and disclosure
Information from an accepted application is stored in an access-controlled application database for preliminary review, security, and applicable recordkeeping. It may be available to authorized Golden Card LLC reviewers and service providers that support hosting and communications, as needed for those purposes. Application fields and internal review notes are encrypted before storage in the database. Notification emails contain an application ID rather than the applicant’s details. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Information is retained while needed for preliminary review, service security, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Please contact us if you would like information about how long a particular application may be retained.
6. Website and technical information
When you visit this website, its host may receive ordinary technical request information, such as your network address, browser type, requested pages, and approximate request time, to deliver the site and protect its operation. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser may send similar connection information to that provider when it requests font files. Information typed into the application form is not included in font requests.
Application information should be transmitted only through a secure HTTPS connection. A success message is displayed only when the application service returns a receipt confirming that the submission was accepted. The website itself does not make an approval decision.
7. Updates and questions
We may update these Privacy Rules when application features or information practices change. Any material changes should be presented before information is submitted under the changed practices. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest published version.
